Snake on the Loose in Raleigh

Did you hear about the missing zebra cobra in a northwest Raleigh neighborhood at the end of last week. Don’t worry, the snake was safely captured and did not harm any people or animals during its escape.

So, this begs the question – do you know what animals are allowed in your neighborhood? So, if you live in a community that has a homeowners association or HOA, you’re probably familiar with your restrictive covenants. However, even if you live in a neighborhood where there is no HOA, you may still have some restrictive covenants that outline what you are able to do within your property and community, including pets.
