Is it Time to Move On?

Median Tenure
How Long Do Families Stay?

It’s not unusual to outgrow a home, change your opinion about the functionality of your home, or to even just decide it’s time to move on from your house! According to the National Association of Realtors (NAR) data between 1985 – 2008, the median tenure of a family staying in a home is six years. However, since 2014 there has been an upswing to ten years, which is causing a serious demand for sellers to let go and move on!
