Residents in this section of the neighborhood are within an easy walking distance from a grocery store as well as several local restaurants.

Home owners association dues for residents in these town homes are $130 a month.

In the Glens at Haddon Hall section, town homes range from 1,625 to 2,425 square feet. These 3-level garage town homes typically come with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.

Residents in this section of the neighborhood, which is located near the Haddon Hall entrance off Highway 55, pay about $85 a month, although exterior building maintenance is not included in that fee.

In the Crossing neighborhood, condominiums range from 1,065 to just under 1,500 square feet. These two-bedroom residences typically feature spacious covered porches as well as elevator access and underground parking.

Home owner association dues for this section of the neighborhood are $200 a month.
