Prior to calling Raleigh home, I moved every three to four years while my dad was serving in the Coast Guard. The military lifestyle familiarized me with both the emotional and physical process of moving, and in doing so, that experience has made it easy for me to relate to my real estate clients. My top priority is to ensure you are comfortable and confident in all your decisions during the purchase of your next home.
Real Estate runs through my veins. I grew up shadowing my parents for 20 years in the Real Estate industry. My dad started in sales, then coached agents to succeed, and retired after running his own brokerage. My mom was a Broker Specialist who taught me how to interpret market data and ensure my clients always got the best deal. When they retired, I worked as a solo agent for several years and ultimately joined the best team in the Triangle, The Rachel Kendall Team, where I have learned the true definition of “Work Family & Teamwork.”

When I am not selling homes, I am spending quality time with my family, usually carting my three kids to sports, hosting BBQs with friends, or boating at Carolina Beach.
